Welcome to the beginning of a transformative journey with our team. Our onboarding process is tailored to your needs and goals, starting with a pre-onboarding phase to align strategies with your brand. The process unfolds over weeks with research, planning, and strategy development. Your active involvement is crucial for refining and implementing a data-informed strategy. The onboarding journey culminates in a dynamic partnership focused on growth and innovation, unlocking your brand's full potential.


Pre-Onboarding

Before you officially begin with us (which will be on a Monday), you'll need to fill out a comprehensive questionnaire. We'll also gather necessary materials from you, such as your brand guidelines, any media from content shoots, and access to your accounts. This sets the stage for us to dive into the onboarding process smoothly.



Week 1 (Research & Strategy)

Our initial week is dedicated to an in-depth exploration of your industry. We'll identify what's successful, pinpoint gaps, understand what industry leaders are doing (or not doing), and devise strategies to engage your audience effectively to meet your objectives.


Weeks 2 & 3 (Approval & Development)

During these weeks, we'll finalize the strategy, usually receiving immediate approval from our clients, and begin execution. At times, we might require additional materials from you, so be prepared for a few tasks on your end within our project management tool.


Weeks 4 & 5 (Proofs & Revisions)

You'll get your initial set of deliverables through our project management system, accompanied by a video tutorial from me guiding you on how to review everything, provide feedback, and submit any additional content we might need. The deliverables vary based on your chosen package and could include anything from video scripts to complete social media posts, email campaigns, or targeted ad strategies. You'll have a week to go over these and supply any further media, such as videos you need to shoot. We'll refine everything and prepare for final deployment, awaiting your last approval.


Week 6+ (Onboarding Complete)

After onboarding, here’s what you can look forward to each month: a detailed content calendar, regular delivery of your deliverables, a monthly report analyzing performance, recommendations for strategic adjustments, and continuous monitoring of your growth and achievement of goals.
